With numerous ongoing deployments owned by private companies and startups, dense satellite constellations deployed in low Earth orbit (LEO) will play a major role the near future of wireless communications. In addition, 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) has efforts to integrate satellites into 5G beyond-5G networks. Nevertheless, challenges must be overcome fully exploit connectivity capabilities constellations. These are mainly consequence individual small satellites, along with their high orbital speeds coverage due altitude deployment. particular, inter-plane inter-satellite links (ISLs), which connect from different planes, greatly dynamic may considerably affected Doppler shift. this paper, we present framework corresponding algorithms for establishment ISLs LEO Our results show that proposed increase sum rates constellation 1) up 115% respect state-of-the-art benchmark schemes an interference-free environment 2) 71% when compared random resource allocation worst-case scenario interference.
